Back Office Officer
Wise Wolves Group is actively seeking new talent, acknowledging that our people are the cornerstone of our strength and the assurance of our future success. We are currently looking for a Back Office Officer to join our Digital Assets business.
In this role, you will not only support day-to-day operations but also contribute to the development of our business and the continuous improvement of internal processes.
You will help us with:
- Maintain accurate records for clients post-trade processing and digital asset payments
- Assist with daily and monthly reconciliations to ensure reliable reporting to senior management
- Communicate with external parties to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
- Update and maintain internal systems, keeping data aligned with current regulatory requirements
- Prepare and submit reports to regulators (including CySEC) within required timeframes
- Support client reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Help ensure compliance with all relevant CASP regulations and CySEC guidelines
- Take part in projects focused on automation, efficiency, and the development of back-office systems
You will be a good fit if you have:
- University degree in Finance or a related field
- Proven experience within back-office operations in any financial organization
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Ability to prioritize tasks, strong attention to details
- Language proficiency in English
- Solid computer literacy and confidence working with different systems
