Wise Wolves Corporation, an international financial group, and Estonia-based Wealth Boutique OÜ are launching Privé – a premium membership ecosystem designed for entrepreneurs, investors and executives based in Cyprus.
Privé brings together under one membership what has until now existed only separately: payment instruments, investment access, corporate services and a privileges programme across the island’s finest venues. The platform coordinates access to licensed partners and delivers a coherent client experience across all verticals.

Privé addresses that fragmentation. We do not replace licensed partners; we build a single architecture between them, so the client gets everything through one membership.”
What members get from day one
The financial offering includes customised premium Mastercard cards, multi-currency payments and European-grade payment infrastructure, delivered in partnership with Brighty (Switzerland). Investment access spans international markets, personalised financial planning and fund strategies through the licensed partners of the Wise Wolves Group. On the corporate side, members benefit from company formation and administration, trust structuring, legal and tax advisory through the partner network in Cyprus.
Privé Circle is a separate privileges programme, launched jointly with two of Cyprus’s leading business communities: GROW Business Club and Founders CY. The format is straightforward: no points, no tiers, no accumulation – membership grants direct access to the full partner catalogue of restaurants, cafés, retailers and service businesses.
The ecosystem will shortly expand to include travel concierge, mobile connectivity, insurance and digital asset services.
Why Cyprus
Over the past decade, Cyprus has become one of Europe’s principal hubs for international entrepreneurs and private capital. In 2025 alone, 18,858 new companies were registered on the island – a year-on-year increase of 26.5%. In the first quarter of 2025, more than 90 foreign companies formally established a presence in Cyprus, representing a nearly 20% rise on the same period the previous year.
Yet the service landscape for this audience remains fragmented: payments, investments, corporate administration and lifestyle services exist as disconnected providers. Privé offers an integrated model – a single platform for HNWIs and UHNWIs, through which access to all key services is coordinated via a dedicated client manager.
