About the Role
We are looking for a Loyalty & Partnerships Manager to design, launch, and manage value-added benefits and loyalty programs for our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing attractive customer benefit packages that complement our core financial products. You will identify and negotiate partnerships with external providers, including premium clubs, lifestyle services, retail brands, restaurants, travel and hospitality companies, and other relevant partners.
The ideal candidate combines commercial thinking, partnership management, financial analysis, and customer-centric product development skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customer loyalty and benefits programs that enhance the value of our financial products.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard external partners offering exclusive benefits, discounts, memberships, and privileges for clients.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with service providers and business partners.
  • Develop bundled customer offerings and loyalty packages aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities and customer trends.
  • Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI calculations for proposed programs.
  • Monitor program performance, customer engagement, and partner effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of loyalty programs and continuously improve customer value propositions.
  • Track budgets, contractual obligations, and program KPIs.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

  • 2 + years of experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, business development, sales, customer engagement, commercial management, or related areas.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to evaluate commercial viability and profitability of partnership initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience working in financial services, fintech, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, or membership-based businesses is an advantage.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience developing loyalty, rewards, membership, or customer benefits programs.
  • Existing network of contacts across retail, hospitality, travel, wellness, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Experience working with premium customer segments.
  • Knowledge of CRM and customer engagement platforms.
