About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Director of Investor Relations & Capital Raising to lead our fundraising efforts and strengthen relationships with investors. This role is responsible for attracting capital, managing the investor pipeline, and representing the company in the investment community. The ideal candidate combines a strong fundraising track record with excellent communication and negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s capital-raising strategy across private investors, family offices, funds, and institutional investors.
  • Build and manage the full investor funnel: sourcing, outreach, due diligence, negotiation, closing, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Prepare and maintain investment materials, including pitch decks, data rooms, financial models, and investor reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools for investor sourcing, lead scoring, market research, communication personalization, and preparation of fundraising materials.

Requirements
Must-Have

  • Proven track record of successful fundraising and capital raising in finance, fintech, private equity, venture capital, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, deal structuring, and fundraising processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent English with the ability to conduct high-level business negotiations.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on closing deals and delivering outcomes.

Nice-to-Have

  • Existing network of investors, family offices, institutional investors, and HNW/UHNW individuals.
  • Knowledge of CySEC, EU regulations, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with digital assets, alternative investments, or emerging investment markets.
