Legal Counsel – Trusts & Corporate Administration

Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid-to-Senior level lawyer to join our team, specializing in Cyprus trusts and multi-jurisdictional corporate administration. The role supports a group of regulated financial services entities and a family office, handling trust structuring, corporate governance, and cross-border compliance matters.

Key Requirements – Trusts
Strong knowledge of Cyprus trust law (Cyprus International Trusts Law) and trust structuring
Experience with establishment, restructuring, and ongoing administration of trusts
Understanding of the tax and regulatory aspects of trust structures
Practical experience drafting Trust Deeds, Letters of Wishes, and Deeds of Appointment/Retirement of Trustees

Corporate Administration – Multi-Jurisdictional
Corporate administration experience in Cyprus – required
Familiarity with corporate administration in the following jurisdictions is desirable (typically handled in coordination with local service providers/registered agents rather than as sole administrator): Cayman Islands, Mauritius, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States

Practical Skills
Experience with UBO registers (Cyprus Beneficial Ownership Register, UK PSC Register, etc.)
Experience liaising with banks/private banks on due diligence for trust structures (Source of Wealth / Source of Funds)
Experience working with corporate service providers and registered agents in offshore jurisdictions
Preparation and review of Board Minutes, Written Resolutions, and other corporate governance documents
Languages
English – fluent (required)
Russian – strong advantage
Greek – strong advantage

Soft Skills & Working Style
Experience working with UHNW / family office clients, with sensitivity and discretion
Comfortable working in a multilingual team and with documents in several languages simultaneously
Strong attention to detail in formal corporate documentation
