We are expanding our Client Acquisition team and are looking for a Business Development Manager – Private Clients to engage with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
This role offers a clear path into Relationship Management and long-term career growth within wealth management and private banking.
What you will do
- Payments. Run the daily payment cycle: check incoming requests, prepare payments in bank and EMI systems, submit them for approval and confirm execution.
- Cash positions. Maintain daily balances by entity and currency and prepare the daily cash position report.
- Banking. Support account opening and maintenance, prepare KYB packs and answer information requests from banks and EMIs.
- Payroll. Process payroll: check the data received from HR, prepare the payments and allocate the cost to the correct entity and project.
- Reconciliation. Reconcile bank, exchange and custody balances against the accounting records on a fixed schedule, and follow up on differences.
- Intercompany. Prepare intercompany transfers together with the supporting documentation.
- Records. Keep transaction records and supporting documents in 1C, and maintain the register of accounts, signatories and mandates.
Requirements
- 2+ years in treasury, payment operations or bank back office.
- Practical experience with bank and EMI client systems and with daily payment processing.
- Accuracy under deadline: payments go out on time and correctly, including on payroll and tax days. Experience working across several legal entities and currencies.
- Digital-asset operations (exchange accounts, custody platforms, wallet addresses), or the ability to learn them quickly.
- Confident in Excel; experience with 1C is an advantage.
- Professional English; Russian preferred.
- Strongly preferred: experience with Cyprus banks and EMIs; crypto operations; experience in a regulated financial services company.
