Chief Risk Officer

Chief Risk Officer at The Vault Group, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer with direct and unrestricted access to the Board. The position is based in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
You will own the risk framework across the group — regulatory, operational, product, financial and liquidity — and you will build it, not inherit it. 
You will sit inside the product development process and own the go / no-go recommendation on new products, asset listings and client segments; own our risk position against the regulatory obligations in Cyprus and Switzerland, together with risk-related reporting and supervisory engagement in both jurisdictions; and design and stand up the liquidity and risk function for our OTC and prime-brokerage expansion, including the team to run it. 
This is a genuine second-line role with real independence: you will have the standing to say no, and the expectation that you will.
