The ideal candidate is equally comfortable defining long-term product vision and delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Define product vision, priorities, and growth opportunities aligned with business objectives.
  • Build alignment across technology, compliance, operations, and commercial teams.

Product Development & Execution

  • Inspire and align teams around a clear product vision and strategic priorities.

Requirements
Must-Have

  • Proven leadership experience in product management within fintech, financial services, SaaS, or related technology-driven industries.

  • Strong expertise in product metrics, analytics, unit economics, experimentation, and product discovery methodologies.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build alignment, inspire teams, and drive execution across multiple functions.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working in regulated industries and compliance-sensitive environments.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven features or integrating AI into product development workflows.
  • Exposure to payments, digital assets, wealth management, or other financial technology products.
