Head of B2B Partnerships

About The Vault
The Vault builds custody and wallet infrastructure for institutions. We work with funds,
fintechs and technology businesses across the EU, Switzerland and the GCC, and we
operate inside a regulated group: a MiCA-authorised CASP in the EU, a VQF-supervised
entity in Switzerland, plus licensed payments and investment firms. Partners come to us
for three things: MPC custody technology, integrations, and the ability to run regulated
activity under our licences.

The Role
We are looking for a Head of B2B Partnerships to run partnerships across our three
business lines: Regulated (managed services), Technology and Investments.
You own each partnership end to end: you find and negotiate the deal, structure it, get it
integrated and launched, and then keep it profitable. You hold the external relationship and
bring in Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering and Finance when needed. One person
accountable for how each partnership performs — that’s you.
The job needs someone who is equally at home in three different rooms: a regulatory
discussion, a technical integration review, and a P&L review.

What you will do
1. Regulated business — managed services
Some partners run their business under the group’s licences: VQF membership in
Switzerland (SwissZeit Capital AG) and the EU MiCA / CASP authorisation (Tria Bridge).
Here you:
• Structure “regulated business as a service” deals: what exactly the partner may do
under our authorisations, on what terms and within which risk limits.
• Agree the scope of permissible activity with Legal, GRC and the licence-holding
entities, and make sure every arrangement is properly documented and makes
commercial sense.
• Own the commercial terms, onboarding and day-to-day relationship with every
managed-services partner.
2. Technology partnerships
• Build partnerships around the product, in both directions: third-party providers
integrated into The Vault, and The Vault’s custody and infrastructure embedded into
partners’ platforms.
• Find and manage channel, referral, white-label and integration partners.
• Scope each integration with Product and Engineering — technical and commercial
requirements — and drive it through to launch.
• Keep the integration roadmap realistic: sequence partner onboarding against actual
engineering capacity.
3. Investments partnerships
• Build our shelf of third-party investment products: external funds, yield providers and
product partners.
• Run commercial and operational due diligence on every prospective provider, together
with GRC and the Investment team.
• Structure distribution, revenue-share and integration deals, and stay on top of each
provider’s performance and risk.
Across all three lines
• Relationships. You are the first call and the escalation point for every partner.
• Profitability. Each partnership has a commercial case and a P&L, and both are yours:
track, report, improve.
• Coordination. Keep Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Finance and Sales aligned
on where each deal stands.
• Deal design. Shape the structure, commercial terms and operating model to fit each
partner.
• Execution. Run every partnership like a project — milestones, owners, dates — from first
conversation to go-live.

What we offer
• A senior role with direct access to the group’s leadership and real ownership of the
partnerships agenda.
• Work across the full stack of institutional digital-asset infrastructure, in several
jurisdictions.
• Competitive pay with performance-linked upside and participation in the group’s equity
plan.
• Cyprus tax regime for new residents: a 50% income-tax exemption on employment
income for qualifying newcomers (for up to 17 years), non-dom status (0% tax on
dividends and interest), and no wealth, inheritance or gift tax.
• A fast track to EU residency: the group’s Cyprus entity is a registered Company of
Foreign Interest, which means quick work and residence permits — and a shorter path
to Cypriot (and therefore EU) citizenship: four to five years of residence instead of the
standard seven, subject to language and residence conditions.
Tax and immigration benefits are indicative and depend on individual circumstances and eligibility; specifics to
be confirmed with the group’s tax and legal advisers
