As part of a fast-growing international fintech group, we operate across digital assets, payments, software and financial services, with regulated businesses in multiple jurisdictions.
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department in Limassol. Working directly with the Group Chief Legal Officer, you will support a broad range of legal, regulatory and corporate matters while gaining hands-on experience in digital assets, crypto regulation, intellectual property, commercial contracts and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, SaaS, software, licensing, consultancy, partnership, NDA and intra-group agreements.
- Advise on legal matters relating to digital assets, crypto-assets, software, intellectual property and new product development.
- Support regulatory and licensing matters, including MiCA, GDPR, AML/CFT and other financial services regulatory frameworks.
- Draft and review privacy notices, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), internal policies and other legal documentation.
- Assist with corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder resolutions, statutory filings and maintenance of corporate records.
- Work closely with Product, Compliance, Finance, HR and Operations to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice.
- Coordinate with external legal advisers and regulators across multiple jurisdictions.
- Conduct legal research and support strategic legal and corporate projects.
Requirements:
- LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
- 3–5 years’ legal experience in private practice or an in-house legal team.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and written communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and legal reasoning skills with sound commercial judgement.
- Good understanding of Cyprus company law and corporate governance.
- Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- A genuine interest in fintech, digital assets, crypto-assets and emerging technologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, financial services, software or digital assets.
- Familiarity with MiCA, GDPR, DORA, AML/CFT, payment services or financial regulation.
- Previous in-house legal experience.
- Knowledge of Greek
