About the company:
We are a regulated digital-asset infrastructure group operating across multiple jurisdictions and legal entities. We build institutional custody technology and hold financial-services authorisations in the EU and Switzerland. That combination means our internal processes have to be fast and evidenced: every material workflow needs to be designed, documented and demonstrably followed.
Responsibilities:
Managed Services – build the regulatory framework for the product under which partners operate on
our infrastructure and our licence: the permissible perimeter of that model, allocation of regulatory
responsibility between us and the partner, onboarding and monitoring standards imposed on partner
clients, reporting obligations, contractual compliance architecture, and the regulator notification
strategy.
KPI: a regulatory framework approved internally and defensible to the regulator, with the first partners
live under it.
